She was easy to talk to and answered my concerns. Also this practice is very nearby

I was having a yearly test done that is uncomfortable but the care provider helped me through it, explained the steps to the procedure and answered all my questions.

Yanira is Amazing! Very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. She cares for her patients very well and I've never had any bad experiences with her in any of my visits.

Yanira is awesome! She is intentional about her job and how she connects her business! Always has been such a sweet person! Super knowledgeable and takes her time with every visit! Not just a number but a human being whenever I see her.

She was very respectful and very genuine it didn't seem forced she truly cared.

The provider that I was seen by did answer my questions. They should communicate better about diagnosis and patient care plan.

Not only was she nice, she answered my questions as thoroughly as possible.

Talking to Dr Pacheco was like talking to a friend( she was very warm and listened to my concerns while being thorough in her exam and questions.

I would have liked at least an FYI by anyone about the provider or student shadowing. She walked in first and I was a bit confused as to who she was, I was a bit caught off guard and was left with more questions as this is my first prenatal visit. Thankfully they came in to introduce herself and she was able to answer the questions I had. Both were really nice, still giving very good.

Truly the best experience I have ever had with any doctor or nurse practitioner. Yanira listened to everything I told her including all my concerns. She made me feel seen and heard and I truly felt like she cared. Most doctors or nurses can be dismissive but she didn't rush me at all.

Dr Yanira makes me feel comfortable to talk to and ask any questions I may have. Explains everything thoroughly and does rush out.

She speaks very good Spanish, the communication between her and me was excellent
