NP made little effort to listen to my health issues, made no eye contact and was defensive to question about GI doctors refusal to meet before I consented to a Colonoscopy she wanted.

I think this New way of coming in and sitting down in front of a computer just doesn't feel like they're listening and I had to repeat or correct things. I brought past history so I guess the short time glancing over my information was enough.
