Dr. Wayne Ogata is a friendly, experienced optometrist who has been providing comprehensive eye care for nearly three decades. After working as a nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Dr. Ogata pursued his interest in optometry and attended the Southern California College of Optometry. He has practiced in retail and clinic settings and has operated a private practice in Vallejo, California, since 1996. 

Dr. Ogata offers comprehensive eye exams; prescriptions for glasses & contact lenses; surgical consultations for LASIK, cataracts and glaucoma; hypertension screenings and pediatric eye care. Dr. Ogata enjoys volleyball, backpacking, aikido, skiing and photography.

    The provider was very friendly, very personable, I actually felt like I was like in the room with someone I already knew which was really nice, he broke thing down for us, and how the appointment was going to go. He explained the process and Was very patient and kind to my boys.
