Vahe Akopian, MD

Dr. Akopian is a board-certified neurologist who grew up in Glendale and attended undergrad at UCLA where he enjoyed watching UCLA football games. He trained in neurology at Keck USC and completed an additional year in Intra-Operative Neuromonitoring, a highly technical, advanced field, used to improve surgical outcomes. He was honored with a Young Investigator award for his research in 2017. Dr. Akopian’s goals include establishing himself in Los Angeles and giving back to the community where he grew up. His strong leadership comes from his 15 years as a boy scout. He enjoys spending his free time in nature and is fluent in English, Spanish and Armenian
