Umer Rashid is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about bringing high-quality healthcare to underserved areas.

His personal experiences watching her grandparents and father struggle with preventable diabetes in a rural setting inspired and shaped his path in healthcare.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Rashid treats patients of all ages and provides a range of care to keep families healthy. He commonly treats asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, obesity and osteoarthritis.

His faith compels him to approach every patient with compassion, patience and a sense of responsibility. He loves that his work empowers him to make a difference in the lives of his patients while building lasting relationships.

Originally from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, he is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, table tennis and traveling the United States.
