I got to meet with Dr Song. It was well worth the wait.

Dr Song is so easy to talk to and she listens to your problems.

Again, she answered all questions and showed she cared, it was just a little rushed, which made me feel uncomfortable

Dr. Song did a swab on me which was painful but she comforted me afterwards

Dr. Song is knowledgeable, gentle and kind. All things a woman wants in her doctor.

Outstanding, very competent at job, good listener, thorough, answered questions, made me feel comfortable, fun, professional and kind.

I feel the healthcare provider is listening but when we discuss things mentioned during the last appointment, It seems like he/she is hearing that for the first time. So, I asked myself - is he/she actively listening? Why he/she does not take notes of important information provided by the patient? I am talking about information related to medications, supplements, past exams, etc, shared by the patient to the healthcare provider. I mean, every time I have to wait more than one hour to be seen, but when it is finally my turn, the healthcare provider is probably overwhelmed, exhausted, unable to be fully be there for my needs and concerns and sometimes rushing.

Dr. Song listens very well, is respectful and takes time to carefully address concerns. She is an excellent physician.

MD listened and made an excellent assessment in addition reviewed my lab work.

I had to wait for almost an hour before seeing the doctor. I wish there was at least some explanation for the delay.
