Tigran Khachatryan, MD

Tigran Khachatryan, MD, is a double board-certified neurologist and neurointerventionalist with clinical expertise in vascular and endovascular neurology. After medical school and a neurosurgery residency in Armenia, he helped establish the country’s endovascular neurology program.

In the U.S., Dr. Khachatryan completed a neurology residency as well as fellowships in neurointerventional surgery and vascular neurology at the University of California, Irvine. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general neurology and vascular neurology.

Dr. Khachatryan provides care for adults ages 18 and older for comprehensive headache management, cerebrovascular pathologies such as stroke and brain hemorrhage, spine fractures, and vascular malformations. He is fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian.
