Socorro Rocha Padilla, LCSW

Socorro Padilla, LCSW, received a master’s degree in social work from California State University, Sacramento and is a board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been a practicing therapist since 2014 and has worked in an array of settings, including non-profit agencies working with children and families affected by HIV, child welfare, foster care systems and Lake County Behavioral Health Services providing crisis intervention and supervising the children’s division.
Socorro is an advocate for underrepresented populations and makes sure they feel supported and listened to. She is inspired to help people in need through education, compassion and faith.
She specializes in working with children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, LGBTQI+ community, child abuse, parenting difficulties and substance abuse. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
