About The Provider
Sarah Mann, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience. She treats patients of all ages, offering preventive care, chronic disease management and urgent treatment for acute concerns.
Sarah has wanted to be in the medical field for as long as she can remember, finding inspiration in her mother’s nursing career. Sarah believes this work is her calling, and her faith is at the center of her practice. “Walking with patients and their families as they navigate their health is one of my life’s greatest privileges,” she says.
Sarah's passion for medical card has led her on several medical missions in areas like Tanzania, Nicaragua and Cameroon. She has lived in Lodi since 2001 and enjoys backpacking, running, skiing, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have three children.
