Very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough for my first visit

Felt comfortable with this Dr. As I commented before she is very personable, seemed to know her "stuff" or was able to find answers quickly from my chart!

Dr. Higgins is a good listener, is understanding and a very warm doctor. This was my first visit and I feel I'm in good hands.

Attentive, respectful

I see Dr. Higgins, and she is excellent-very professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer every question thoroughly. She explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the entire staff is professional, caring, and attentive. I'm also glad to be part of the Castle Group-it makes me feel well cared for and supported.

Looking forward to getting to know Dr Higgins as my primary care physician.

Dr. Higgins is the one of the first providers that I have had that seems to listen to how I feel about what is going on with me. I have a lot of anxiety that is caused because I have received such horrible treatment with other providers, but Dr. Higgins is good about easing my fears. I feel cared for because I am listened to and have a say in my care.

I'm treated as a family member and not an obligation or their bread and butter. I'm treated VIP all the time.

Dr Higgins was very professional and really listened to what I was experiencing. Opposite of my experience with Dr. Holmes.

While my doctor listened to me, and explained my care, I felt I was given generic responses to my concerns. I could tell that I was among a long list of people with the same complaints, and felt so.

Professional, courteous & caring

Dr. Higgins was very friendly, thoughtful, compassionate and attentive. I appreciated her quick action to do a pap smear without another office visit and to order the follow-up tests I needed. She also timely messaged me about my lab results which were available on the Adventist portal and the next steps for me to take. Having the results readily shared is great!

Doctor is always prepared to answer my questions. She has looked at questions that I submitted before the appointment and responds to them as well

I absolutely loved Dr. Higgins and was just singing her praise to my husband who is set up with an appointment to see her in a couple weeks.

The visit was about 10 minutes, cursory, cold and business like. For a primary care physician not to check my heart/lungs, ear, nose, throat, reflexes and even a cognitive test is unprecedented! On my previous visit there was a mention about getting a colonoscopy, this time the doctor didn't even bring it up. After I left the office I actually had to go back and remind the doctor whether I need a referral or whether I can make my own appointment for the procedure. She called me back into the exam room to discuss it!

Dr Higgins listened carefully to all my concerns and addressed each one of them with great care. Dr Higgins made me feel very comfortable and supported.

I love having a doctor who listens to me and understands that I know my body very well!
