About The Provider
Dr. Zimmerman brings 28 years of compassionate and expert cancer care to his medical practice and his role as medical director of radiation oncology at Adventist Health White Memorial’s Cecilia Gonzalez De La Hoya Cancer Center. Along with the entire Cancer Center team, Dr. Zimmerman focuses on educating and supporting his patients in ways that reduce their anxiety about their treatments.
Serving patients ages 18 and older, Dr. Zimmerman offers radiation therapy for a wide range of cancers — such as brain tumors, breast cancer, and prostate cancer — and some non-cancerous conditions.
Born in Glendale, California, Dr. Zimmerman grew up in Agoura Hills. He enjoys cooking, as well as traveling with his wife and their three adult children. In addition to English, Dr. Zimmerman is fluent in Spanish.
