Rafael Alejandrez, FNP

Rafael Alejandrez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner passionate about empowering those in his community to take control of their health. 

Prior to primary care, Rafael served as a nurse for nearly a decade in inpatient and interventional radiology units. Inspired by his desire to build lasting relationships with his patients while supporting them on their lifelong health journeys, Rafael became a nurse practitioner in 2025. 

He provides a range of care to keep entire families healthy and enjoys educating his patients on holistic wellness that emphasizes physical, emotional, and spiritual health. 

He is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Rafael is originally from Orosi, California, where he practices medicine, and is a single father to four children. A longtime member of his local church, Rafael credits all the blessings in his life to Jesus.
