Peyton D Riggs, DO

Peyton Riggs is a board-certified osteopathic physician who has been caring for his community for more than three decades.

As a family medicine physician, he partners with patients of all ages to provide a wide range of preventative care, including physicals, wellness screenings and health education.

Initially drawn to animals, Dr. Riggs went to school to become a veterinarian before discovering his passion for medicine. An active member of his community, he has served as the on-site physician at rodeos in Arizona and Tehachapi for 15 years.

In his youth, Dr. Riggs powerlifted competitively, played rugby and lived throughout the United States and Europe. He has called Tehachapi home since 2000.

Together, he and his wife have three children, six grandkids and great grandchildren. In his leisure, he continues to enjoy powerlifting and watching rugby.
