Dr Oliver is very meticulous about reviewing my chart before we start addressing current issue. I'm a patient not a dot in his calendar.

Dr. Oliver is very thorough. He is the reason my cancer was detected. He insisted upon an MRI for both breasts and cancer was detected in both sides.

To begin with I was given zero explanation of the procedure that was about to be preformed, nor did anyone confirm my name and birthdate. I was not informed on developments and deviations in the procedure nor after. I was not informed on any after care, concerns or symptoms to look out for. After my procedure I had complications and called back into the office and was told the doctor would call me back. No contact from the office was ever made back to me. The following day I called back again, instead of addressing my concerns, I was told it was my fault because I didn't follow instructions to use ice. I wasn't given any education about the risks and benefits of using ice. Again I was given zero aftercare education or when to seek medical attention if complications arose.
