I was led into the exam room, the doctor came in, asked me a couple of quick questions, and then said "Nothing shows up on the MRI, so we'll have to wait and see." Then he was gone. Two minutes at most. I had driven over for that? No followup, no suggested course of action? "...to wait and see." Really? Couldn't this have been done over the phone?

This is my first time meeting the doctor, and he was so kind and gentle and understanding. I felt like he was intelligent and capable, and I am trusting my care to him.

Dr Charpentier is an amazing doctor that listens to you and offers suggestions as to help you. I walked in to see him with bone on bone knee and getting ready to take a cruise. He gave me an injection in my knee and for the 1st time in a very long time I got up and walked out of his office with no pain.
