All went as it should have and my concerns were taken care of.

Provider came in 45 min after appointment time and literally typed on the computer the entire time. She did not do a physical exam even though I was there for skin issues. She did not introduce herself, review treatment options or offer any immediate help or support for the issue I was being seen for.
