Omar Farooq Nazir, MD

Dr. Omar Nazir is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon caring for patients with problems involving the muscles, bones and joints throughout the body. He has advanced training in hand upper extremity surgery as well as microsurgery. His fellowship training involved principles of both plastics and orthopaedic surgery, offering him a unique viewpoint for upper extremity problems.
In his spare time Dr. Nazir enjoys exploring Portland and all things that make our city unique. Within the city he enjoys going to new restaurants, from food carts to fine dining, live music and the Trailblazers. He is also an enthusiast of the outdoors with running, biking, backpacking and skiing among his hobbies.
