Natalie is the best health care provider that I have had in many years. She is attentive, answers all my questions and offers great suggestions.

She was late for 45 minutes. When she came in, she had foods in her mouth. Not so professional at all. She wasn't caring. She wasn't kind. I had the worst visit ever.

I found this provider to be one of the worst providers I've ever encountered! She talked to me like I was a child that was in trouble! Questioned me very rudely and as if she was authoritative to me, I was absolutely blown away and was having trouble even answering her questions as I was consumed by anxiety! I'm strongly considering not going back to the health center for future care because that was such a terrible experience!

She also was good at reading my chart and remembering me. That made me feel comfortable and connected to a person that cares about my well being.
