I went in for results of my colonoscopy, but I was also able talk about other problems I had with my liver.

I am new to this disease I have been diagnosed with and have a lot of questions. Dr. Tsai was so tone deaf and insensitive to my needs as a patient he made me cry. I'm 61 years old, have had cancer before and been through it all and I can honestly say this is the first time anything like that has ever happened to me. Then in his notes he said all of my questions were answered. That is not true and I don't know how he could think that. Like I said, tone deaf. I don't know if I can bring myself to go back because he made feel so uncomfortable and has negatively affected my mental state for the three days following the appointment. That is not going to help me get well.

Dr. Tsai ,Naoky is an excellent doctor who has taken care of me for over 30 years. I trust him completely. He is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor!!

On one hand Dr. Tsai is fabulous, however if I recommend him to others and his list of patients grows, then that will further impact my ability to get an early appointment. I do always tell people that he's the best. I simply don't recommend that they switch to him and further complicate my life.
