Dr. Kagalwalla (Dr. K) always smiles. Coming to doctor appointments is AOK and a positive experience. Dr. K explains lab results and clearly addresses any questions I have. I'm lucky in having good health. Coming to Adventist is rather a friendly visit

He listened, was a little rushed, but he did keep asking if I needed anything else. So that was nice. I don't know If I will go back because I can not wait 3.5 hours. I'm sure I was skipped over by in office visits but I was still waiting in my car for my visit, I needed to get back to work like everyone else. But I really like the doctor so it will be a hard decision.

Dr. K heard every word and made my URGENT REFERRAL to Eye Q. He made sure was seen no later than the next day.

I came in with a lot of information and when he asked clarifying questions he had understood and remembered it all. He didn't repeat anything I said incorrectly even if there was a long time between when I gave the information and when he clarified. It was comforting to know he was really listening.
