I am most impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, expertise & chair side manner of this provider. It would be great if this provider would be able to give lessons to other providers; however, I understand certain soft skills are difficult to acquire.

I told Dr. Divakaruni that I am extremely hard-of-hearing and she seemed annoyed and sharply said "I can only talk so loud." I found it quite abrupt.
