I was NOT impressed at all with this P.A. She was not prepared. I felt like she was "talking down" to me. She kept asking if I"understood " what she was telling me. She didn't seem to understand my worry was what the echocardiogram results were. Kept telling me " not to worry, it's all ok." She engendered absolutely no confidence. I will not see her again.

Mila did a very nice job of interviewing me and taking care of my needs yesterday. Even tho we just met. She was thorough, very professional and kind hearted.
