Dr. Novack is very personable and remembers his patients. From what they do for work to their health issues. And some may be notes but his efforts are seen in the manor in how he engages with patients. I appreciate his push and care for my health.

He always takes the time to listen and treats me with respect

Dr. Novack is great! He makes you feel welcomed and listened to. He will listen to your questions and concerns and put your mind at peace with his knowledgeable feedback. You can right away tell he genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patient and what he can do to help them.

Dr. Novack is always attentive, informative l, compassionate and efficient whenever I see him for any health problem.

Dr. Novack maybe spend all of 10 minutes, it felt like a was visiting a used car salesman doctor. It felt like he was just trying to get in and out as quickly as possible.

I explained the issue, requested actions, and felt heard and respected

Dr. Novack called me promptly with my biopsy results. It wasn't good news but he called me as soon as the pathology report came and scheduled me with the oncologist immediately. He is a caring and smart doctor and I appreciate him.

Dr. Was so hurried, not enough time to listen so the patient should also be quick to speak in asking questions re: the condition.

Dr. Novack is the best. Professional, friendly and with excellent bed-side manner.

I would have liked Dr. Novak to ask if I had any other questions, I felt a bit rushed and like he had his plan for my care in mind before he came into the room and before I even got a chance to speak and ask questions. I had a few things I didn't get a chance to ask during the appointment that I'll have to call for now.

The PA was very nice. I requested she check my blood pressure using a stethoscope, and she was happy to do it.

I was nervous upon having a new primary physician, but Dr. M. Novack was excellent.

Dr Novack showed a great deal of care for the patient.

Dr. Novak is very kind and friendly. And I understand that any time constraints are likely not his fault. But he's clearly feeling rushed, and it had me flustered. We sped through the results of my panels - basically they were great - but with very little explanation and I didn't feel I had time to formulate any questions based on the results. If I don't come in with a list, then it feels like a tornado sped through the room. I'm grateful that I was just in there for a check-up and not an actual issue.

I felt like my appts are always rushed and conversation is too quick without diving down or asking about it.
