Matthew Personius, MD, cares for people ages 65 and older who are homebound in Tuolumne County.
Driven by his desire to help patients in need, Dr. Personius provides access to important medical services by making house calls and assisting seniors with maintaining a healthy, independent lifestyle. Patients who are physically unable to leave their home for medical appointments benefit from one-on-one, primary care visits from Dr. Personius in the comfort of their own home.
Dr. Personius has been caring for patients in Sonora since 1997, and he and his wife, a teacher at Mother Lode Christian School, have raised seven children in Sonora. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking and skiing.
