Doctor has very poor bedside manners and doest explain what he is doing as he does procedures. He came into the room telling what he doesn't do and won't do. This was a consultation as I was transferring care and he made me feel unwelcome and stated prior to looking at me that my issues are all in my head. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Didn't tell me about one of the drugs he prescribed.

He seemed angry or upset that I was there. Didn't understand what he was supposed to do or whether he could be of any assistance.

Extremely kind and understanding of my 9 year old son's fears and anxiety. Thank you for patience and willingness to explain the next steps so that my son would understand and be less fearful.

Doctor Proctor examined both ears. He confirmed the treatment had cleared the fungus from my left ear and my right ear looked fine. He suggested I make an appointment for a hearing test to check if there was any nerve damage. I decided I would not do that right away.

Dr. Proctor posed the questions I intended to ask and answered them thoroughly! He is kind and honest about treatment opportunities.

Dr. Proctor introduced himself and then recited a very accurate, detailed description of everything that I had experienced with my ear to date. That was impressive. He'd attentively reviewed my file before we met and all his questions from then on were based on what he already knew about me. He was thorough in every regard, including his explanation about treatment and what I needed to do to promote healing.
