I was unhappy with the PA Martha Suarez. Maybe she needs a refresher course or better training. As someone who was properly taught how to obtain a patient history and listen to their needs, I communicate everything efficiently and in a way to make charting easier. The amount of times she cut me off when I was advocating vital information regarding my reason for care was appalling to a point where it was laughable. I had to speak over her politely to ensure I was being heard. Martha clearly didn't take a look at my chart and even gave incorrect patient education on a condition reported in my chart.

Martha has been the best provider I've ever had. She listens to me and tries to be as helpful as possible. I've had multiple providers who are condescending and always rush my appointments. I end up leaving more confused than when I arrived. Martha has always been kind and makes sure I understand everything. Thank you Martha!
