Mal listens to me and asks questions.

She didn't have to listen at all but she recorded it anyway.the results were the same

Care giver provides answers for patients questions. And even adds extra details if necessary. Mine has always been very helpful.

Everyone listened

Everybody was good, but it took 20 minutes to get to see the doctor when I had an appointment then after I got in the room to see the doctor it took another 20 minutes that's crazy.
