Lori Bray, FNP

Lori Denise Montgomery is a board-certified family nurse practitioner passionate about providing preventive care that keeps entire families healthy. She offers comprehensive wellness, acute care, and chronic disease management for patients through all stages of life.

Lori’s faith guides her clinical practice, which is rooted in respect, compassion and partnership with her patients. She enjoys celebrating her patients achieving their wellness goals and living their best lives. Lori’s deep faith and love of people inspired her pursuit of medicine. After serving as a registered nurse for more than 22 years, she transitioned to primary care to play a greater role in caring for her patients.

Outside of the office, Lori enjoys travel, exploring new foods, and seeking out new experiences. Committed to giving back, Lori regularly participates in international medical missions providing vital care to those with limited or no healthcare access.
