Lauren Alexandra Harry, MD

Lauren Harry, MD, is a physician specializing in vascular surgery. She offers personalized treatment for vascular conditions including non-operative options, endovascular procedures and open surgeries. “The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients become more active and healthy with evidence-based treatment of their vascular diseases,” she shares.

A lifelong fascination with science, along with a desire to care for people, inspired Dr. Harry to choose a career in medicine. She first pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist for several years. She then decided that direct patient care was her true calling, so she earned a Doctor of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland and completed a residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Dr. Harry has co-researched vascular studies, presented findings at national conferences, and attained several medical certifications, including the highest standard in vascular ultrasound interpretation.

When not busy treating patients, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband. She also finds it exhilarating to run marathons and half marathons.
