I was very pleased with the use of a recording of the appointment and all discussions. I have only encountered that a couple of times in the recent past and what it does is free up the doctor to concentrate on what is being said instead of him entering information into a computer. I think this really helps with the care I received. I was also impressed that I was asked for my permission prior to this new technology being used.

Dr. Sarrami is the ultimate doctor. He's got it all: knowledge, understanding. He takes his time with his patients. He really listens--and he is really effective. Both he and Roy, his medical assistant, meet you wherever you are--and help you from there.
