He cannot look me in the eye and looks down. Also pulls on hair during appointment which gave childish vibe.

I always feel heard and seen. I feel respected and supported in every way. I'm so grateful for this level of care. I have a complicated medical history and my sleep has suffered. While not perfect, my overall sleep--and mood--has improved under Dr. Sarrami's excellent care, and I'm so grateful.

I was very pleased with the use of a recording of the appointment and all discussions. I have only encountered that a couple of times in the recent past and what it does is free up the doctor to concentrate on what is being said instead of him entering information into a computer. I think this really helps with the care I received. I was also impressed that I was asked for my permission prior to this new technology being used.

Dr Sarrami is great. It's just the waiting for the appt time is unprofessional. If I was 30 minutes late to my appt I would have to reschedule.
