About The Provider
Family nurse practitioner Kaylee Hopkins, DNP, loves working with people and caring for others. “I also appreciate that medicine is an ever-changing and evolving field, encouraging continued curiosity and lifelong learning,” she says.
Working in family medicine gives Kaylee a chance to form valuable, ongoing relationships with her patients and provide them preventive care and health education. “Working with individuals throughout their lives allows me to better care for their physical, mental and emotional well-being,” she explains. “I am grateful that working in health care allows you to see the difference you can make in someone’s life, whether by genuinely listening, helping someone solve a problem or through partnering with a patient to accomplish a health goal.”
During her Doctor of Nursing Practice studies at Oregon Health & Science University, Kaylee worked in a variety of clinical settings, including rural and women’s health, primary care, and a variety of specialty care offices. “I believe in providing altruistic and holistic person-centered care and uphold the standard of caring for my patients like I would want my loved ones treated,” she says.
Outside of the clinic, look for Kaylee to be enjoying baking, reading, eating good food and spending time outdoors, especially with her husband and Bernese mountain dog, Rosie.

We found that I needed another medication. She explained it to me that the medication can do 2 services for me. And oh my God, was she right? I feel so much better and now I am continue my treatment.
