Julia Elena Granese, FNP

Julia Granese is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in faith-based, whole-person care. She was inspired to pursue medicine by her strong desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives. Julia provides comprehensive care to help patients stay healthy, regularly treating conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. She specializes in women’s health. As co-pastor of a church in Palmdale with her husband, Julia draws on her faith to guide her clinical practice. She believes in treating the whole person and loves seeing her patients improve through her plan of “care and prayer.” Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she is fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, music, photography, and serving her community through her church. She’s married with two sons and two grandchildren.
