Dr Pritchard is exceptional!! She takes time to really listen and explain. She took more time with me than most any other doctor I have ever had. She didn't try to hurry me along, but instead would keep asking, "anything else?" Usually I feel embarrassed to mention more than one or two concerns, but Dr Pritchard showed she had time and genuine interest in hearing every concern I had. She is very knowledgeable and competent. She is willing to listen and resolve patient concerns with a wonderful bright and caring personality. She is great!!

Dr Pritchard is always kind when I see her and just always make sures that I'm getting the best treatment that will help me. :)

Doctor Pritchard was very happy that I finally got my eye sight checked for diabetes and the result was good. She was concerned that my A1C was high and gave some recommendations to get it down and explained that I had until next month to get it down and I was to go back to check. She counselled me to do my blood tests and that I should try another way to lower my A1C.
