John Chih-Chieh Lin, MD

John C. Lin, MD, is a cardiothoracic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients.
Once an aerospace engineer, Dr. Lin left his former career two decades ago with intentions of pursuing ministry before he discovered his passion in medicine, where he learned he could heal people both physically and spiritually.
His areas of care include coronary artery disease, empyema, lung cancer, aortic stenosis, aortic dissections and more.
Dr. Lin is passionate about connecting with his patients. Helping them heal and prevent future illnesses makes “all the late nights and weekends worth every minute of it,” Dr. Lin says.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Lin enjoys traveling the world and deepening his understanding and appreciation of other cultures, studying futuristic technologies, and spending time with his wife, three children and bernedoodle puppy.
