Joette Louise Lucco, NP

The NP was so knowledge and so sweet and compassionate as she answered all my questions!

Told me she was only allowed 15 min - this is enough time for providers to care for patients.

NP Lucco explained everything to me and the reasoning behind each part of the exam so I felt very comfortable, even when it wasn't physically comfortable.

I find her to be understanding & knowledgeable. She makes you feel very comfortable immediately as she has such a pleasant personality.

The doctor was very nice & answered all my questions & listened to what my concerns were all about. I also think she was very thorough & I didn't have to get a shot so that made me smile.

Was supposed to refer me over to an OBGYN. But didn't.

I just loved the NP she was wonderful

Did not ask if I had any concerns or specific topics I wanted to discuss. I had to stop the provider from leaving the room and explain that I did not specifically come in for an annual check up and that I had real concerns. Made the feel that my concerns were "no big deal" and symptoms I was describing were due to lack of rest as a new mom. Did not feel heard by the provider. Nothing was done to put my mind at ease about my concerns, no plan made, no labs or scans ordered to figure out why I feel the way I do. Provider only recommended a finger poke (i think for hemoglobin A1C but not even really sure) did not explain what it was going to tell me, did not even explain the outcome of the result to me, sent the assistant in to tell me to get some sleep.
