Jesirey Ivan Locquiao, PA-C

Jesirey “Ivan” Locquiao is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in general, bariatric, and oncologic surgeries. He collaborates with surgeons by managing inpatient and outpatient care, for patients with conditions such as obesity, hernias, and gallbladder disease.

Ivan was born in the Philippines and has spent his adult life in Bakersfield, where he values building strong connections with patients in the community he now calls home. He has practiced as a surgical PA since 2013 and previously worked as a critical care RN. Fluent in English and Filipino, Ivan brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. When not working, Ivan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their poodle mix, Max.
