About The Provider
Dr. Jed Peterson earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in 2006, completed a transitional medicine internship and diagnostic radiology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He then completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Peterson’s interventional practice includes minimally invasive pain procedures, peripheral vascular interventions, endovascular procedures and interventional oncology.
Many of these procedures can be done on an outpatient basis, allowing the patient to resume normal activities without extended recovery. He has served as an assistant professor in interventional radiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He is board certified in both interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Peterson and his wife were both raised in Portland and are happy to be back in the area. He enjoys traveling with his wife and two children. Camping and hiking are regular summer adventures. Sledding and snowshoeing are activities he enjoys with his family in the winter.
