Dr. Grossman is the sweetest doctor I've ever met. He helped me a lot. I would recommend him to anyone plus he's very handsome.

Jake explained his diagnosis concerning my issues with my arm. He explained the x-ray results in easy to understand terms. We discussed what might be the issues and what treatment options might be best. I chose to take a conservative approach for now leaving open the possibilities that surgery may be needed to correct the issues in the future.

Told me my insurance wouldn't cover anything. Talked really fast at me. Said my pain was part of getting old and I shouldn't cry about it. Said I should remove the *expectation* of receiving pain meds when I didnt request them. I need answers and a plan not judgement and rudeness. Ive been in chronic pain for 30 years. I haven't had anything stronger than advil in 27 years. Ive been in 5 car wrecks and pushed off a barn, I have scoliosis. Some days I cant walk. Im trying to maintain a job so I can eat. I dont need some 30 something year old tell me to not cry about my situation. He talked down to me and treated me like some drug seeking degenerate. *Remove my Expection for pain medication*. ?No my expectation is to be treated with some empathy and a plan to help fix a problem.

While I was surprise that removing a ganglion cyst would require general anesthesia, I did get a clear sense of my options. With regard to my other injuries, I think we did a good job of not making assumptions about what was happening and chose different next steps for each malady.
