Knowing health affects nearly aspect of her patients’ lives, Jacqueline De Castro, MD, wants to equip them with the knowledge and tools they need for better health. She believes in patient-centered care and is dedicated to prevention and ongoing wellness, including helping patients assess, monitor and maintain their health. To help patients stay on track, Dr. De Castro provides adult well-care visits, health-risk assessments, screenings, vaccinations, well-child check-ups, and school and sports physicals. She also cares for those with acute and chronic conditions and sees children, adults and seniors with everyday needs such as treatment for cuts, infections, colds, flu and more.
