Dr. Hamson has been extremely thorough following up on my current situation.

Has the behavior of a person who is an unemotional lump, his job is to listen to his patients and work together with them and meet their needs. Apparently he can't do that.

Dr Hanson has a blas? attitude. He act as though he doesn't want to be there. My first appointment with him was supposed to be a wellness check. He didn't seem to know what to do. He never even looked over the pages of medical history that I had to fill out.

He was hopeful for my getting better

Dr Hamson was in a situation with a patient (me) he has never seen before & had to put his time & energy into data entry, presumably for Cascade Orthopedics. He asked me pertinent questions as necessary.

He's an interesting one. Awkward a bit at first but finally sort of connected. But he followed through on all that he planned. Very professional, and thorough!

Provider should read chart before coming in for my appointment

It would be nice if doctors would face and communicate with patients, however I do understand the data entry.

He's a nice guy, but I don't kow why he didn't send my prescription over. I think he's not well liked as a provider, and I was not surprised when I called seeking a same-day appointment and he had an opening. His practice is far from full and he seems to have a lot of availability. It makes me think he should've had time to send the prescription. I've heard several comments about him, none of them good.

Dr. Hamson is a kind and knowledgeable physician. I appreciate the care he has taken in making sure my medical conditions are managed properly.

Dr. Hamson provides a holistic approach to treatment which I greatly appreciate. By looking at the big picture Dr. Hamson is able to assess the comprehensive needs of his patients and work in concert with other providers. I feel Dr. Hamson aims succeeds in giving quality care to his patients.

Not bedside manner. Did not ask me if I was concerned about anything. Just worked through the wellness checklist of ordering the required labs/tests. No rapport, felt he was burned out.

Generally, I just don't feel any sort of connection with him.

This doctor has been fairly aloof on past visits. This time he was more engaged, especially when he found out the mammography department hadn't gotten back to me in a timely manner.
