Hendrik Ryan Lumakang Tan, DPM

Board-qualified podiatrist Hendrik Tan, DPM, specializes in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery, he provides surgical and non-surgical solutions that relieve pain, restore function, and help patients regain mobility and independence.

Dr. Tan pursued podiatry because of a fascination with the intricacies of the human body and a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Over the years he has received extensive training, honors and awards for excellence, and certifications for multiple specialized procedures.

Dr. Tan treats all foot and ankle concerns including bunions and hammertoes, arthritis, lower extremity wounds, foot and ankle fractures, limb deformities, ankle joint replacements, and flat foot reconstruction.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, cooking, exploring different cultures and cuisines, and adventuring with his loyal English Labrador Retriever, Bentley. He fluently speaks Tagalog, Bisaya/Cebuano, Hokkien, Mandarin, and English.
