Heather Elledge PA-C was exceptionally on task to listen and provided me with upcoming lab order, referral for mammogram and update of prescriptions.

Heather Elledge is so professional. She listens. I never feel rushed. She makes sure my rxs are filled on time & reports needed for other drs are submitted.

Heather was prepared with having read the results of my recent blood panel, she was happy with the results and made me feel really good about my health and efforts. She listened to my concerns regarding difficulty sleeping and was able to provide information for a supplement which I was very happy with. She also gave me a written authorization that I may need in the future, so I don't have to wait for it later.

Due to reasons listed prior. I would recommend if she slowed down and was more thorough/interacted by asking any concerns on my end. I do like her responses /info, just it's hard to get more than a single concern out and she goes super fast. If she's being pressured, PKEASE give her/tte doctors more time.
