Douglas M Bluth, DPM

Douglas Bluth, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist, specializing in foot and ankle injuries, fractures, trauma and congenital deformities. He also provides preventative care and diabetic maintenance.
He knows how painful foot injuries and conditions of any kind can greatly diminish a patient’s activity level and quality of life, and finds it rewarding to help them leave pain behind and enjoy life again.
Dr. Bluth knew he wanted to pursue a career in medicine after participating in a medical mission to Ecuador as a young man. 
He attended Utah Valley University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in biology, and then earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Midwestern University, Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Houston.
Dr. Bluth is certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, American Society of Podiatric Surgery, American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management, and California Podiatric Medical Association.
When not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as sports, surfing, camping, fitness and woodworking. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
