About Dora Maria Pelletier

About The Provider

Dora Pelletier is a double fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon dedicated to helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life. She provides both surgical and non-surgical spine care, with expertise in complex and minimally invasive procedures such as microdiscectomies, spinal decompression and fusions, deformity corrections, and cervical disc replacements. She also has a special interest in innovative, non-surgical interventions designed to relieve neck and back pain.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and a Master of Science from McGill University in Montreal. She went on to complete two complex spine fellowships, including an AO Spine Fellowship at the University of Toronto Spine Program. She is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is board-eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

With more than a decade of experience in the United States and abroad, Dr. Pelletier brings advanced skill and genuine compassion to her care. She is committed to helping each patient achieve greater mobility, functionality, and quality of life.
