Finally was able to see a doctor after waiting 6 months for my appointment. Doctor was very friendly courteous and caring.

Dr. Allyn took time to answer and explain what was going on with my care

Dr. Allyn was very nice, I thought that he was very professional and its too bad that I'm ok now there is no reason to come back

Kind and compassionate.

The entire appointment lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. One year , on working on getting this appointment, five hours there and back from our home. So yeah, not great and not helpful! The appointment nor the doctor.

With Dr. Allyn everything was fine.

The Doctor was very friendly and understanding and I was happy about. The only complaint I have is when I ask if I could a doctor's letter to excuse me from having to work or look for work for SS he would not give me even though he new my knee condition was excuse able.

Simply amazing.

He wasn't even in my room 5 minutes. Then went to check something and never returned instead he sent in another team member

I'm in pain and one surgeon that rarely recommended surgery said I needed surgery in my shoulder. I had to explain way too much about my condition when there's images and reports

Dr Allen replaced my right knee and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The surgery went well and the instructions for care afterwards was very clear.

Dr. Allyn Donald was ok but I asked him to help me with a court document and he refused for no reason other than the fact that I was not under his care at the initial court date. He could have stated that I was only under his care for a set period and explained that I would miss any future appointments until I healed.

Bring that I had to wait for a room to open more than an hour, the staff could have done X-rays while I was waiting to see the Dr overall good experience though

I feel very informed and comfortable with Dr Allyn

I understand that Dr. Allyn is very good at what he does and that he has done this type of surgery a lot. But I have not!! I would have liked more details about the surgery, what my hand would go through during the healing process and what I should expect as a final outcome. Right now I am not satisfied with the final result. I still can't extend my fingers, my hand can't lay flat and the palm is still swollen and puffy. With the current result, I would not have elected to do this surgery. Hopefully it will improve, but right now I'm not happy with the outcome.
