Dr. Gen and Ivette really do listen and spent quality time with me. I appreciate that Dr. Gen doesn't use a computer in the office. He looks at me and listens and has a conversation and then goes out to do the computer stuff and comes back in. It's really a helpful format for talking to a primary care doctor.
