Dezirae A Freeman, NP

Dezirae Freeman, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who provides full-spectrum care for patients of all ages. She focuses on helping people prevent health problems and manage chronic diseases, treating common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, and depression.

Dezirae has always been drawn to work that makes a difference. She has a passion for caregiving and helping others, and she loves seeing her patients’ lives improve through medical care. Dezirae shares that her faith guides her to treat every patient she encounters with compassion, respect, and integrity, seeing each person as someone deserving of dignity, empathy, and hope.

Originally from West Virginia, Dezirae comes to Sonora with her partner and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, hiking, and biking.
