Denise Susan Palke, MD

Board-certified physician Denise Palke, MD, specializes in family medicine and lifestyle medicine. She offers whole-person care for patients of all ages including babies, children, adolescents and adults in every life stage. “The social context a person exists in factors so much into their health,” she says. “I chose family medicine because I really enjoy knowing and caring for the whole family.”

Fascinated by the core concepts of root cause medicine, Dr. Palke approaches patient care by first focusing on proactive wellness steps. “I am passionate about helping people try to sort out their health through diet, exercise and lifestyle changes prior to needing pharmaceuticals,” she shares. “It takes work, but the payoff is so much higher!”

Dr. Palke also prioritizes healthy kids. She enthusiastically equips families with tools to navigate pediatric milestones and help raise emotionally resilient children.

After earning her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, Dr. Palke completed her family medicine residency at Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, Oregon. When she’s not busy caring for patients, she enjoys taking walks with her dog, doing CrossFit, paddle boarding, hiking, reading, going to church, putting puzzles together and traveling to see friends.
