She's great

Great listener.

She suggested I go see a podiatrist. I told her I had an a podiatrist appointment already but it was a week away and I was in a lot of pain so I needed to be seen now. She said. Take some Tylenol until you see a podiatrist. I asked if she would do an x-ray she said yes. I asked if she would call me if something was wrong. She said. You can ask them to put the x-ray on a disc so I could take it to a podiatrist. So I assumed from that, that she would not be calling me. The visit was quick and non responsive. I would not see her again. I came home and went to chat GPT And got more information from that than the NP. Providers that give this low level of service should be very concerned about AI replacing them someday. I'm not going to let you post this on your website because I hope she will do better with training. We all need a job.

She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She also didn't take the time to fully listen to symptoms. She said I had a stomach virus based on generalized abdominal pain and nausea. I ended up getting a second opinion and I actually have a kidney infection.

Denise J has seen me a few other times and she has been very attentive. I felt like she was extremely rushed this time.

PA JUNIO didn't care, didn't ask many question, very unprofessional. She didnt even advise of medication prescription, horrible service

She is not as thorough as I would like nor does she communicate as well as I would like. I have to ask lots of questions and know why to ask in order to get what I feel is complete information.
